Every sector runs a service desk. We've built them in most.

Thirty-five-plus Halo implementations across councils, housing, schools, law firms, energy, manufacturing, logistics and hospitality. The request types change; the platform and the discipline don't.

Sector matters less than the desk: request types, SLAs, integrations and who has to use it at 8am. That's what a demo is built around.

Each one has a desk with its own shape. Three things we build for it, and who you'd be joining.

    Public sector and housing

Councils and housing associations run the most varied desks we see, often on separate systems and always under audit.

What we build on Halo for it

    • Resident, tenant and staff requests on one platform, with the audit trail built in.
    • SLAs mapped to statutory timescales, so FOI and complaints are tracked like any other ticket.
    • Repairs, facilities and contractors scheduled from the same queue as IT.

Organisations we've taken onto HaloRenfrewshire Council, Shetland Islands Council, Honeycomb Group. Halo in this sector.

    What doesn't change.

Three things every implementation gets, whatever the sector.

    Eight to twelve weeks

Discovery, configuration, migration, go-live. Scoped and priced before we start, whether the desk is a council's or a law firm's.

    One data model

IT, HR, facilities, finance, legal, customers and, for MSPs, clients, all on the same platform. Departments join without a new system.

    AI you can run

Halo's AI comes in the licence. Our AI Ninjas practice runs it as a governed service afterwards, which matters most in regulated sectors.

    Questions we get asked.

You haven't listed our sector. Does that matter?
Rarely. What matters is the desk: the request types, the SLAs, the systems it has to talk to and who has to use it. If you run a service desk, we have almost certainly built one like it; the demo will show you.
Do you work with multi-site or multi-country organisations?
Yes. Multi-site, multi-team and multi-language configurations are standard in Halo, and our delivery teams in Manchester and Manila serve clients across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Can we see a reference in our sector?
Ask. Where a client has agreed to take calls we'll introduce you; several of the organisations named on this page have.

    Show us your desk.

A demo built around your request types, not a generic one. Bring the three things your desk gets asked most.
