    Halo’s published enterprise offer

    US$1 million / yearFixed annual contract value — not a one-off purchase.
    • Unlimited instances and licences
    • All platform features included
    • Innovation Grant funding available
    • Payment aligned to current contract expiry

The platform without the per-seat penalty

Scale the service. Not the licence bill.

If every new team means another licence negotiation, taking service management beyond IT becomes harder than it needs to be.

    A predictable platform cost

Halo describes the offer as a fixed US$1 million annual contract value, with no annual inflation. Agree the commercial terms with Halo before committing.

    Room for the whole enterprise

Bring IT, HR, Facilities, Finance, Legal and Operations onto one platform, with unlimited licences and instances under the package.

    A funded route out

Halo’s Innovation Grant can support migration and professional services. We help define the work; Halo confirms eligibility, scope and funding.

Limited to selected organisations. Halo’s published offer ends September 2027. Read Halo’s original offer ↗

    The HaloNinjas part

A platform is only as good as its implementation.

Halo is all we implement. We turn the commercial opportunity into a practical migration and a service model your teams can run.

    1. Start with your current contract

Review your renewal date, platform costs, teams and priorities. Establish whether Halo’s enterprise offer is a sensible fit.

    2. Scope the move

Map processes, data, integrations and dependencies. Build a phased migration plan and identify work for a grant application.

    3. Build, migrate and prove it

Configure Halo around your services, test the integrations and migration, and prepare your teams for go-live.

    4. Extend beyond IT

Bring in the next departments when they’re ready, reusing the service model rather than starting another disconnected project.

    Before you make the move.

    Is US$1 million a one-off price?
No. Halo’s page describes a fixed US$1 million annual contract value. It is not a lifetime licence purchased with a single payment. Your final agreement with Halo sets the terms.
Is this a HaloNinjas offer or a Halo offer?
The enterprise licensing package and Innovation Grant are Halo’s offers. HaloNinjas is your implementation partner. We help assess the fit and scope delivery; Halo approves the package and grant.
Does the grant cover all implementation costs?
Halo advertises migration funding through its Innovation Grant. The amount and eligible work must be confirmed by Halo for your organisation. We do not promise that every project or cost will be funded.
    When do payments begin?
Halo advertises no payment until your current contract expires, and describes payment beginning after migration is complete. The exact timing must be agreed in your contract with Halo.
Can we start with IT and add other departments?
Yes. We can plan a phased rollout around your priorities, beginning with IT and extending the same platform to HR, Facilities, Finance, Legal and Operations.
What should we bring to the first conversation?
Your current platform, renewal date, approximate annual spend, number of agents and the departments you want to support. That is enough to start an assessment, without committing to a migration.
