What runs underneath all four.
HaloITSM, HaloPSA, HaloCSM and HaloCRM are four products on one platform: one data model, one licence, one set of integrations. This page is the platform's facts, as Halo publishes them, and what we do with them.
Platform statements are Halo's, retrieved 13 September 2026 and linked. Our part is the implementation and the running of it.

One data model. That's the platform.
A customer, an asset, a contract and a ticket are one record whichever product raised them. It's why a second department, a customer service team or an MSP's client base joins the platform rather than needing a new one.
Integrations, included.
Halo publishes 200+ native integrations in the core licence with no connector fees, plus a documented REST API. These are the groups we wire most often.
Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SAML SSO
Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Slack
Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Azure DevOps
PowerShell, SCOM, Nagios, Zabbix; NinjaOne and Datto for MSPs
Salesforce, finance and ERP, HR systems
Network discovery tools feeding assets and relationships
REST API for anything else, documented

Where it runs
On-premise or Halo-hosted; Halo's hosted infrastructure runs on AWS EKS (Halo, Aug 2026). We implement either, and advise which suits your data and your policy.
What Halo publishes
A Trust Centre, a security page, a GDPR statement and a service status page. FedRAMP certification announced August 2026. Links are in the record above; we don't restate them.
What we add
Identity integration done properly (SSO, role-based access, audit), an implementation that respects your data boundaries, and, for AI on the platform, the AI Service Lifecycle so every agent has an owner, an authority level and a record.
One licence.
Halo's published licensing model, in one place, because it's the thing most often misremembered in a procurement meeting.
All-inclusive
Every feature, module, AI capability, integration and future update in the licence. No tiers, no add-ons. (Halo)
Concurrent, and credited
Concurrent licensing; approval users, stakeholders and integrations included; unused licence fees auto-credited back. (Halo)
Priced by us, before we start
Implementation is fixed-scope and fixed-price. We'll put the licence and the implementation on one page so Finance sees the whole number.
Questions we get asked about the platform.
Cloud or on-premise?
Can we start with one product and add another later?
Is AI an add-on?
What about data residency?
See the platform on your own data.
A demo built around your processes, with the licence and the implementation priced on one page.
